How far in advance should I book an event transfer?

We recommend booking at least 1 day before the event. For popular concerts and match days, booking as early as possible is advantageous as demand can be high.

Can I also book a return transfer after the event?

Yes, you can plan both outbound and return transfers together. Depending on the event end time, your return vehicle will wait for you nearby until the crowd clears.

Do you provide event transfers for guests coming from abroad?

Yes, we plan all transfers from hotel or airport to the event venue and back. Our English and Russian-speaking team also assists your foreign guests.

How many people can you accommodate for a group transfer?

We handle transfers of 5–7 people with Mercedes-Benz V-Class (Vito). For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles.

Payment can be made in cash (EUR, USD, TRY) in the vehicle on the day, or in advance via bank/online transfer. The price is confirmed at booking.
